Ethan Marak is a stop-motion animator who worked on the short "Clay Day," which appeared in "Little Gift Shop of Horrors."
Career[]
Marak has worked as an animator and director for nearly two decades. He first began in the field by working as an intern for the Tim Burton film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Since his internship, he has worked on a large range of commercials, TV series and ffeature films. Marak has worked as an animation director on several Cartoon Network stop-motion shows. In 2010, he won a Primetime Emmy for Animation Director on the CN stop-motion series Robot Chicken.
Marak is now co-producer and director at Stoopid Budddy Stoodios. His personal work is based highly on his love of 70's and 80's sci-fi and "desire to create dynamic characters and richly-detailed settings."
