There is some new material about Shermie Pines in the game, which might be mentioned on this page or used to expand a page about the person.

is this canon. it sounds like it, but I need confirmation.
Remastered[]
If this game was remastered, the cutscenes will be animated by Rough House Pictures while the gameplay would have the style of Rayman Legends and Child of Light, all while having voice acting and having it canon to the world while adding refs from Rayman Origins.
