The fanny pack woman is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.

History

Season 1

S1e3 line

Waiting in the ticket line.

The woman is first seen in "Headhunters," attending the grand reopening of the Wax Museum of Mystery with the Soldier Kid and some other unnamed boys. She is disgusted by Mabel Pines' talk of bodily fluids and angered by Stan's failure to fulfill his promise of free pizza.

S1e13 Insane

The woman stunned after seeing her greatest fear.

In "Boss Mabel," she and the fisherman with glasses tour the Mystery Shack. When Dipper Pines shows them the Gremloblin, she dismisses it as fake before turning to the Six Pack o' Lope, which was however fake unlike Dipper's finding. When Dipper corrects her and has her look into the beast's eyes, she sees her worst fear and goes insane. She and the fisherman are later seen being loaded into an ambulance, their hair standing on end and their eyes glowing.

Shorts

In "Mabel's Scrapbook: Heist Movie," she laughs at Mabel's joke about Pony Heist.

Season 2

She appears at Ye Royal Discount Putt Hutt in "The Golf War."

In "Little Gift Shop of Horrors," she appears with a group of tourists in the Mystery Shack gift shop, looking at an exhibit called "the Cheapskate."

In "A Tale of Two Stans", she visits the Mystery Shack.

In "The Stanchurian Candidate," she is seen at the town meeting to discuss the new mayor and is at the Friday debate.

In "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls," she is stacked in Bill's Throne.

Appearance

Unnamed fanny pack woman

The woman is of average height and has fair skin and brown hair. She has a high set face and large, triangular chin. She wears a short-sleeved, blue shirt with white trim, tucked into navy jeans, white socks, and dark blue shoes, as well as a pale green fanny pack.
