The red cap man is a glass carrier in Gravity Falls, Oregon.
The man first appears in "The Legend of the Gobblewonker," carrying glass over the lake with another man. The two get mad when the S.S. Cool Dude with Dipper, Mabel, and Soos on it crashes through the glass.
In "The Hand That Rocks the Mabel," he and his friend are part of the crowd of people that cheer Mabel on to say yes to Gideon's proposal of a second date on their first one at the aquatic restaurant.
He appears in "Irrational Treasure," once again as a glass carrier, when Dipper looks at a postcard of Gravity Falls, then looks at the town, tinted a bit to look more old, but the man walks by revealing he was holding dirty glass.
In "Fight Fighters," when Soos is trapped inside Nort, the red capped man walks up to play it, and jumps when he sees Soos. When Soos explains to him that he is trapped, the man runs away in fear.
In "TV Shorts 1," he is seen at the Mystery Shack looking through merchandise.
In "Not What He Seems," when one of the gravity anomalies occur, he is lifted off the ground and falls back down.
He wears a backwards red baseball cap with a white crown. His brown hair is mostly covered by the hat, besides a tuft of hair peeking through his hat closure and under the hat. He has a big round chin and a bit of a beard. He wears a red short sleeved t-shirt, dark pants, and brown lace up boots.
