The red cap man is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History[]
Season 1[]
The man first appears in "The Legend of the Gobblewonker," carrying glass over the lake with another man. The two get mad when the S.S. Cool Dude with Dipper, Mabel, and Soos on it crashes through the glass.
In "The Hand That Rocks the Mabel," he and his friend are part of the crowd of people that cheer Mabel on to say yes to Gideon's proposal of a second date on their first one at the aquatic restaurant.
He appears in "Irrational Treasure," once again as a glass carrier, when Dipper looks at a postcard of Gravity Falls, then looks at the town, tinted a bit to look more old, but the man walks by revealing he was holding dirty glass.
He is seen at the Mystery Fair in "The Time Traveler's Pig," and was part of the mob that Sprott gathered for believing Mabel was a witch in one of the abandoned timelines.
In "Fight Fighters," when Soos is trapped inside Nort, the red capped man walks up to play it, and jumps when he sees Soos. When Soos explains to him that he is trapped, the man runs away in fear.
He is seen at Gleeful's Auto Sale in "Little Dipper."
In "Boss Mabel," he is seen with other townsfolk at the Mystery Shack being greeted by Mabel, who was the temporary boss. Afterwards, he leaves satisfied.
In "The Deep End," he cools off in the Gravity Falls Pool.
Shorts[]
In "TV Shorts 1," he is seen at the Mystery Shack looking through merchandise.
Season 2[]
In "Scary-oke," he attends the "Mystery Shack is Back" party.
In "The Golf War," he is seen at the Ye Royal Discount Putt Hutt.
In "Northwest Mansion Mystery," he attends the Northwest Fest after common folk are allowed in.
In "Not What He Seems," when one of the gravity anomalies occur, he is lifted off the ground and falls back down.
In "Weirdmageddon 2: Escape From Reality" and "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls," he is stacked in Bill's Throne.
